Why is Miami’s plan $5 and the nationwide plan $20?

Miami is our pilot launch region and subscribers from that region will continue to have access to our $5 plan. $20 is our nationwide plan.

Any plans to expand that $5 plan elsewhere?

Miami is a pilot and will continue at the $5/month rate. Users will be legacied in and new subscribers in the designated area are still eligible for the $5 plan. Nationwide, it will be the same service and offering at the $20 price point.

Do these new plans still rely on the Helium Mobile Network?

Our service is backed by the people-powered Helium Mobile Network and the nation’s largest 5G network.

Why is your $20 plan better than others in the market?

Other plans have data caps which trigger hefty fees if you go over. Our plan is unlimited data, talk and text.

Subscribers that help map the Helium Mobile Network earn MOBILE rewards, which they can use to pay for their phone plan.

You mentioned not having a cap on data, but the fine print says the plan could throttle you after 30 GB of data.

To put it in context, 30GB of data allows you to stream 120 hours, play 750 hours of music or scroll through 10 hours of social media every day, all month.

You will still have unlimited data after using 30GB, the speed may be reduced but you will not have any additional fees.

Subscribers that cancel within 7 days of signing up can cancel with a full refund, no questions asked. After the 7 days, cancellation will occur at the end of the billing cycle and can be initiated from the mobile app or on the web.
